      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Design, implement, and maintain salary structures and pay grades for various roles
      - Conduct market analysis to ensure competitive positioning of compensation programs
      - Perform job analysis and classification for new and existing positions
      - Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local compensation regulations
      - Develop and maintain compensation dashboards and reports for leadership

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, Finance, or related field
      - Minimum 5 years of progressive compensation experience, preferably in a large healthcare system
      - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
      - Proficiency in compensation software and HRIS systems
      - Excellent communication and consulting skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Master’s degree in a related field
      - Certification as a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP)
      - Experience with union environments and physician compensation models
      - Familiarity with healthcare market surveys and regulatory requirements
