What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze large amounts of data using statistical methods to support pay governance
- Develop Excel-based analytical tools for efficient data outputs
- Run queries and research issues using HRIS and Compensation Administration systems
- Provide data support for the annual salary planning process
- Assist in salary survey participation and summarize market data for review within the Rewards Function
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of relevant experience
- Proven analytical and quantitative skills, particularly in Excel and Access
- Experience in Compensation or General Data Analytics preferred
- Proficiency with HR database queries (e.g., Workday) and general HR knowledge
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Fluency or proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese is an advantage
- Advanced analytical execution skills in Excel and Access
- Experience with salary survey participation and analysis
- Familiarity with compensation governance and market data analysis
- Strong commitment to quality and strategic approach to assignments
