What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct market pricing and analysis to ensure competitive pay structures by researching compensation trends
- Assist in the development, implementation, and administration of compensation programs and policies
- Analyze job responsibilities and requirements to determine appropriate compensation levels
- Prepare and present compensation reports and findings to leadership and management teams
- Maintain and update compensation and benefits databases to ensure data integrity and accuracy
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- 2-4 years of experience in compensation analysis or a related HR function
- Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Knowledge of compensation laws and regulations
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation preferred
- Experience with UKG and compensation software
