What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the day-to-day administration of equity compensation plans, including RSUs, PSUs, and MSUs
- Process equity transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with plan rules and legal requirements
- Maintain accurate records of equity grants, exercises, and participant information
- Ensure compliance with federal and state securities laws and tax regulations
- Provide exceptional customer service to plan participants regarding equity awards and processes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1-5 years of experience in equity administration, preferably in a publicly traded company
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred
- Strong understanding of equity compensation plans, including RSUs, PSUs, and MSUs
- Experience with equity administration software (e.g., Shareworks, E*TRADE, Certent) required
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Certified Equity Professional (CEP) designation is a plus
- Knowledge of accounting principles related to equity compensation (e.g., ASC 718)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
