      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Deliver comprehensive compensation consulting to various business units across the healthcare system
      - Provide guidance on pay decisions and job evaluation while developing creative solutions for compensation-related programs
      - Assist in designing new compensation structures and maintaining existing pay programs
      - Conduct job evaluations for new positions and those with significant changes
      - Develop and deliver training programs on compensation-related matters for HR staff and others

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - BA/BS degree required, preferably in Human Resources, Finance, or a related discipline
      - 6–8 years of compensation experience, ideally within the healthcare industry
      - CCP certification preferred
      - Excellent organizational and project management skills
      - Strong attention to detail and outstanding problem-solving abilities

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a health plan or similar organization
      - Proven ability to manage complex relationships in a consultative manner
      - Effective communication skills regarding compensation plans
      - Ability to train others on compensation-related matters
      - Critical thinker with innovative problem-solving skills
