What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Research, develop, and implement competitive global compensation programs to attract and retain top talent
- Conduct market analysis to ensure compensation programs remain competitive
- Develop and document guidelines, training, and communication materials for compensation programs
- Analyze compensation trends and recommend adjustments as necessary
- Collaborate with various departments to align compensation strategies with business objectives
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or Finance
- 7+ years of experience in Human Resources or Compensation
- Experience in global compensation administration and programs
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with stakeholders
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Global Remuneration Professional (GRP) certification
- Proficiency in compensation software and Human Capital Management Systems (Workday)
- Cultural awareness to develop locally relevant compensation programs
- Ability to travel up to 10%
