- Maintains job descriptions, job codes, and related documentation in compensation and HRIS systems.
- Supports job architecture project as required which may include: updating job descriptions, creating reports/rosters/letters, entering information into HRIS system.
- Tracks and organizes compensation documentation for audits, job evaluations, and other compensation processes.
- Prepares draft job descriptions and performs initial FLSA and pay grade comparisons using established tools and guidance.
- Participates in third-party salary surveys through survey management system.
- Assists in the preparation of compensation reports, spreadsheets, and ad hoc analysis requests.
- Enters and audits data in compensation tools and systems with high attention to accuracy.
- Audits pricing projects in survey management system
- Coordinates intake of pay change requests and documentation from HR business partners.
- Helps facilitate timeline management for compensation cycles (e.g., annual merit, market survey participation).
- May monitors and triages the compensation mailbox and ServiceNow requests.
- Associate’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Finance, or related field; or equivalent work experience required.
- 1 year of administrative or data experience in HR, finance, or related field
- Preferred: Experience with HRIS or compensation data
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word (e.g., spreadsheets, formatting, formulas).
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to follow established procedures and meet deadlines.

Provides administrative and analytical support to the Compensation Center of Excellence (COE), assisting in the maintenance of compensation programs, data reporting, job documentation, and pay practices. Works under the direction of Compensation Consultants and the Compensation leadership to help ensure the integrity and compliance of UnityPoint Health’s compensation programs.
