      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage the compensation survey cycle from launch to report production while adhering to established milestones
      - Conduct client marketing webcasts and job matching sessions to educate clients on survey methodology
      - Review and verify compensation survey participation materials for accuracy prior to launch
      - Analyze and generate summary tables for compensation survey reports using software tools
      - Deliver timely reports to clients and present findings in various settings, both in-person and via webinars

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 1-3 years of compensation survey experience and knowledge
      - Some corporate experience, with a background in Human Resources being an asset
      - Proven analytical skills, attention to detail, and project management abilities
      - Strong communication skills, both oral and written, with public speaking capabilities
      - Ability to manage workflow effectively to meet client demands and milestones

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with database management and data analysis software
      - Demonstrated commitment to quality and results-driven approaches
      - Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
      - Organized and methodical thinking skills
      - Willingness to travel for survey meetings a few times a year
