  Job Summary

  Within the Market Operations unit, in the functional area of Marketing, we are now looking for an Competitive Insights Leader who as a member of the Business Insights & Analytics team, will have the responsibility of providing fast and relevant insights to Tetra Pak focusing on cost calculations, to make sure we stay competitive in the market.
  In short, this role would focus on providing cost analysis solutions for Tetra Pak and competitors (other carton, plastic bottles, plastic pouches, etc) in order to support both Packaging Solutions and D&T, on product strategy and specific development projects.

  The position will be based in Modena or Lund and may require some travelling.
  

  What you will do

  Within this team we are looking for a Competitive Insights Leader, who will contribute to

  • activities managing Customer System Cost and Customer Operational Cost analysis, Packaging Material and Additional Material production cost simulations, Value Chain cost analysis, contributing to projects’ cost targets and financial business cases.
  • Ensure accurate data collection, analysis and consolidation of data.
  • Collects insight on specific competitors and supporting quarterly global reporting on key competitor’s activities
  • Participates in global competitor/consumer/data network
  • Lead and manage deep dive investigations into competitor equipment and future trends
  • Support Business Units and Market Companies with relevant data and insights

  We believe you have

  Language and Education: To be a successful candidate you should have a University Degree preferably in either Engineering, Finance and/or Business Administration. You are fluent both in written and spoken English.

  Professional Skills and Experience: You have at least 3+ years of experience preferably within Engineering/Finance or Commercial functions or coming with technical background.

  Personal Qualifications: As a person you have strong analytical mindset with business acumen and a natural curiosity about the industrial environment Tetra Pak and its competitors are operating in. You can communicate effectively with diverse groups of stakeholders as well as handling queries coming from different parts of the organization in an agile way. You are driven for learning and personal development. You maintain an open mind and are up to the task to build an extended external and internal network. The role is requiring good analysis, mathematical skills, result orientation and tools knowledge of Excel and Power Point.
