What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support the Chief Compliance Officer in overseeing governance and implementation of FCM’s policies and procedures
- Respond to regulatory requests from NFA, CFTC, exchanges, and other external audits
- Conduct surveillance of potential violations of Exchange rules and CFTC prohibited trading practices
- Assist with the creation, development, and review of surveillance rules, alerts, and procedures
- Identify and investigate regulatory issues arising from FCM customer activity
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Business, or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years in Compliance in financial services, or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of trade surveillance systems is a plus
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Proven ability to manage projects and work independently in a fast-paced environment

- Experience in developing compliance solutions and assessing their effectiveness
- Demonstrated ability to successfully multitask and prioritize job responsibilities
- Familiarity with AML/KYC regulations and compliance training
