      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Monitor transactions and review alerts for suspicious activity
      - Conduct sanctions screening against OFAC and other sanctions lists
      - Document findings and escalate potential matches as needed
      - Assist in drafting Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) and maintain accurate case files
      - Collaborate with Legal, Risk, and Business Units on compliance-related inquiries

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in finance, Criminal Justice, Business, Economics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
      - Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills
      - Attention to detail and ability to manage large data sets
      - Effective written and verbal communication skills
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Prior internship or coursework in AML, compliance, or financial services
