      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support the development and implementation of compliance programs, policies, and procedures
      - Conduct monitoring, review, and implementation of state and federal law changes
      - Assist in the preparation of various compliance reports, including NMLS Quarterly Mortgage Call Reports and HMDA Loan Application Registers
      - Provide subject matter support on federal mortgage compliance regulations and state counterparts
      - Conduct quality control audits and assist with regulatory exams and third-party audits

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree or equivalent
      - Minimum of 3 years of regulatory compliance experience
      - Minimum of 5 years of mortgage industry experience
      - CRCM or CMCP Certification (or interest in enrollment in certification programs for one or both)
      - Strong communication proficiency and problem-solving skills
