- Being a direct point of contact for the numerous Marketing and Promotions sub-teams for questions and submissions.
- Cataloguing all creative submission requests, promotional submissions, and any guidance provided to the business.
- Reviewing Marketing Assets to ensure they align with all relevant regulatory requirements and that they are materially accurate when referencing offers.
- Reviewing promotional terms and conditions to ensure they align with all relevant regulatory requirements and that they are comprehensive to the average player as well as accurate on the requirements and exclusions affecting award of promotional funds.
- Coordinating regulatory submissions for both promotional terms sheets as well as marketing assets as required by jurisdictional authorities.
- Ensuring all regulatory and other brand requirements are followed both external partners and sponsors.
- Managing and organizing all documents needed for internal monitoring reviews and both internal and external audit reviews.
- Supporting the primary point of contact (Senior Manager Regulatory & Compliance) with state regulatory bodies and corresponding with them regarding submissions, marketing inquiries, audit requests, and incident reports across active jurisdictions.
- Monitoring regulatory responses to submissions for feedback relating to an individual submission or submissions generally.
- Assisting with the preparation and distribution of processes, compliance training materials, and guideline documents for other departments.
- Assisting with the preparation and distribution of marketing gap analyses.
- Attending calls or meetings with members of the Compliance Team, taking comprehensive and detailed notes, and providing summaries thereof.
- Providing additional day-to-day support for the Compliance Team as necessary.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Previous experience in the industry or a corporate setting preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to problem solve in real time to assist the business with high priority requests.
- Experience working collaboratively across different teams and departments.
- Desire to learn on the fly and own the decision-making process once fully acclimated.
- Ability to exercise sound judgment and work independently.
- Personal Resolve to support decisions made by Regulatory Compliance regardless of the any pressures by the business or external partners.
- Show high standards of conduct, ethics, and discretion.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

What's the position?
We are seeking a Compliance Analyst - Marketing to join our Regulatory Compliance Team! The Analyst will report to the Senior Manager - Regulatory & Compliance and will primarily oversee marketing and promotional reviews as well as assist with regulatory submissions, preparing regulatory summaries for the business, and providing day-to-day support for the Regulatory Compliance Team.
