      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of internal compliance controls
      - Communicate compliance-related issues and policies to management and relevant departments
      - Conduct regular evaluations and testing of internal controls to identify gaps and ensure regulatory adherence
      - Review compliance-related data to generate actionable reports for decision-making
      - Provide ongoing support to management to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
      - High School Diploma or GED; Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school preferred
      - Experience in consumer lending compliance
      - Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
      - Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint)

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Knowledge of the firearms industry and/or pawn business
      - Ability to maintain a professional presence while resolving issues with internal clients and regulators
      - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
      - Experience working cross-functionally as part of a team
