      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Coordinate and execute the seven elements of an effective compliance program
      - Advise and draft policies and procedures in alignment with compliance standards
      - Develop training and education materials for compliance and privacy program activities
      - Monitor and audit compliance risks, investigating reported compliance violations
      - Collaborate with the compliance officer and management team on compliance-related initiatives

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
      - Minimum of five years' experience in a regulatory or compliance role
      - Familiarity with regulatory/compliance programs and processes
      - Healthcare experience is required
      - Experience in privacy and security program management

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Knowledge of Milliman or InterQual care guidelines
      - Experience with Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) tools
      - Strong analytical and project management skills
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
      - Ability to work with varying levels of leadership
