What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct background checks and individualized assessments for applicants
- Review background check results and consult the company’s hiring criteria to determine eligibility for hire
- Complete the adjudication process and upload required supplemental documentation
- Provide follow-up with branches and applicants to gather additional information as needed
- Ensure compliance with consumer report laws and maintain employment records
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of related Human Resource experience and/or training
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Fluency in Spanish is a bonus
- Experience using various technology platforms to facilitate decision-making
- Understanding of corporate responsibility efforts and policies
