      As a Global Financial Crime Compliance Governance Director within the Compliance, Conduct and Operational Risk (CCOR) team, you will oversee and develop strategies for the Know Your Customer (KYC) team's technology and governance programs, including KYC and Customer Escalations.

      Job Responsibilities

      • Oversee the team governance process, including committee, change management, and oversight of the LOBs, including LOB metrics
      • Partner with upstream teams and technology to drive transformation of managing regulatory change and consuming information into the teams digital policy tool
      • Oversee the team’s Regulatory Exams, Audits, and controls testing
      • Manage the technology that supports the team’s document maintenance; drive innovation to transform and scale the platform to align with teams new regulation mapping process
      • Drive synergies across the teams Customer Escalation Standard and KYC Governance program
      • Continue to execute strategy and develop new strategic initiatives across the team
      • Manage the team’s controls framework including controls outlined within CORE
      • Provide direction and credible challenge on policy changes
      • Offer advisory and lead strategic firmwide KYC initiatives
      • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of professionals. Promote a culture of integrity, accountability, and excellence within the team

      Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

      • 10+ years of relevant or other related experience
      • Proven experience in a leadership or management role
      • Experience developing technical requirements and managing technology partners
      • Demonstrate the ability to partner with stakeholders on projects
      • Experience developing strategy for an organization
      • Experience managing multiple teams in a complex fast pace organization
      • Possess strong written and oral executive-level communications skills
      • Ability to work both independently and as a core team member
      • Detail-oriented; possess a high-level of attention to detail and quality for their work product
      • Excellent analytical skills, experience with excel and data relationships

      Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

      • KYC knowledge is required
      • Ability to own end to end processes
      • Strong understanding of risk and controls
      • MBA or Bachelor's degree with professional certification preferred
