- Provide team leadership and development: develop technical capability of test lab personnel, oversee training, supervision and evaluation of lab staff
- Responsible for Operational Oversight: Manage daily lab operations and ensure efficient testing processes, responsible for maintaining lab accreditations and oversee equipment calibrations, ensure test processes and procedures are relevant, accurate and updated with the latest standards, work with project regulatory engineers to develop comprehensive test plans
- Oversee Quality Control and Compliance: ensure all testing complies with industry standards and regulatory requirements, implement and maintain quality control/health check procedures for all test stations, maintain adherence to Dell's Quality Document system related to Regulatory Compliance Engineering
- 5+ years of equivalent experience of lab operations or management
- Familiar with Global Industry Standards, including but not limited to KCC, FCC, CE, BIS, VCCI, IEC 62368-1, IEC 60950-1, ITE Energy Efficiency requirements
- Technical experience in EMI/EMC testing and equipment operation
- Familiar with EMI/EMC test equipment
- Familiar with Global EMI/EMC testing requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
- Basic understanding of Product Safety test equipment and Global Product Safety testing requirements

What you’ll achieve
In this position as a Compliance Lab Manager, you will lead the EMC, Safety and Energy efficiency testing to success through technical oversight of testing services, research, and day-to-day lab activities. You will supervise the development of test plans, testing and troubleshooting, result analysis, and the preparation of technical documentation according to Dell’s Quality Assurance (QA) program and Industry Regulatory Standards. They will also work with other departments, including development teams, and Dell Global Product Compliance teams to enhance and modernize Regulatory testing and reporting capabilities.
