What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage litigation cases from inception to completion, focusing on residential real estate litigation and mortgage matters
- Prepare case analyses and advise supervising attorneys on strategies
- Draft court pleadings and handle discovery, including filing and defending motions
- Collaborate with attorneys and clients to ensure effective communication and case management
- Assist with other duties and special projects as needed

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree and Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
- 1-2 years of experience as a law clerk
- Must have taken the bar examination
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in software tools including Word, Excel, Outlook, and the Internet
