What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as a subject matter expert on regulatory matters relating to small business and Small Business Administration (SBA) lending
- Interpret complex and multi-layered laws, rules, and regulations
- Communicate changes to business partners and support implementation of necessary changes
- Provide guidance on complex and emerging compliance risk scenarios
- Analyze existing policies, procedures, and controls to identify compliance gaps

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of experience in Compliance, Legal, Audit, Banking, or other related experience OR High School Diploma or GED and 10 years of experience in Compliance, Legal, Audit, Banking, or other related experience
- Advanced knowledge and experience with compliance risk, regulations, and laws specific to small business and Small Business Administration (SBA) lending
- Detail-oriented with analytical, research, and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
- Strong verbal and written communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM) designation
- Experience with CFPB's Small Business Lending rules and regulations, specifically Dodd Frank Section 1071
- Experience with SBA 7a and 504 lending
