What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to ensure compliance of advertising and marketing materials with applicable laws
- Develop and maintain Compliance Marketing Guidelines for the bank's marketing and advertising practices
- Review and edit marketing content for various platforms to ensure regulatory compliance
- Advise on compliance requirements and controls while collaborating on product development
- Analyze compliance data to identify patterns and areas for improvement

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Consumer compliance experience with deposits and/or open-end credit in the Banking/FinTech space
- Strong communication skills to interact with internal teams and regulators
- Proven experience providing compliance advice to management at all levels
- Detail-oriented with a passion for compliance and regulatory knowledge
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Certification as a Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM) is preferred but not required
- Experience with a Compliance Management System
- Strong writing skills for crafting creative compliance solutions
