      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Receive, review, and evaluate complaints and incident reports related to licensed healthcare facilities
      - Conduct audits and reviews of facility self-reported incidents for compliance
      - Coordinate investigations of noncompliance in healthcare facilities and community programs
      - Serve as a liaison between facilities and the Healthcare Facility Regulation Division (HFRD)
      - Ensure compliance with applicable state and federal regulations and maintain accurate records

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma/GED and three (3) years of job-related experience, or an Associate degree in a related field with three (3) years of experience, or four (4) years of related professional experience
      - Valid Georgia driver's license and ability to drive in Georgia
      - Experience in a healthcare-related field
      - Strong organizational and time management skills
      - Ability to produce high-quality documentation with attention to detail

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Certification(s) or degree in a healthcare-related field
      - Experience as a Registered Nurse/LPN or licensed professional in a healthcare setting
      - Familiarity with conducting assessments and evaluations based on regulations
      - Experience working with state agencies regarding healthcare facility compliance
      - Strong investigative reporting and report writing skills
