      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct on-site surveys of long-term care facilities to assess compliance with state and federal regulations
      - Gather data through interviews, observations, and record reviews to evaluate care quality
      - Compile reports of findings and deficiencies, recommending actions when appropriate
      - Maintain clear communication with management and support staff throughout the investigation process
      - Participate in weekly team meetings to discuss progress and share insights

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma/GED and four (4) years of job-related experience or an Associate degree in a related field and five (5) years of job-related experience
      - Must be Surveyor Minimum Qualifications Test (SMQT) certified at the time of application or within 30 days of the start date
      - Valid Georgia driver's license and ability to drive in Georgia
      - Experience in report writing and investigative reporting
      - Strong time management skills and ability to conduct thorough investigations

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - One year of experience working with Microsoft Outlook and Word
      - Working knowledge of software programs such as ASPEN, iQIES, HARP, QSEP, Concur, and PeopleSoft
      - Previous experience in a healthcare setting focused on long-term care facilities
