  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Manage all aspects of lease administration for the employer's portfolio, including lease term negotiations and maintenance coordination
  - Conduct vendor selection, contract negotiation, and ongoing vendor monitoring
  - Prepare compliance reports and perform internal compliance audits
  - Communicate and collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure compliance with laws and regulations
  - Complete external/internal audits in a timely manner and assist in advising management on lease matters
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Expert-level knowledge of Microsoft Office software, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook
  - Ability to read, understand, and interpret legal documents, including leases and contracts
  - Prior administrative experience in an office environment
  - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  - Ability to relate well to a diverse range of staff members

  - Experience managing online accounts with multiple logins and access points
  - Proactive problem solver with the ability to multitask and adjust priorities as needed
