      **What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):**
      - Conduct and support investigations and resolutions of privacy incidents reported through various channels
      - Assist with coordination and follow-up of audits and investigations as part of the compliance privacy monitoring program
      - Develop and implement HIPAA and other federal or state privacy policies and procedures
      - Create system-wide and targeted compliance training and education programs related to privacy matters
      - Prepare and analyze privacy-related tracking reports and metrics

      **What is Required (Qualifications):**
      - High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job-specific experience
      - Minimum of 5 years of healthcare privacy compliance experience highly preferred

      **How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):**
      - Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
      - Experience with HIPAA, HITECH, and state privacy laws
      - Familiarity with compliance training and education program development
      - Strong analytical skills in tracking and reporting privacy metrics
