      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Host client audits, addressing issues and maintaining reports related to quality and compliance
      - Lead quality and compliance processes, ensuring execution and completion
      - Oversee smaller projects and process/quality improvement initiatives
      - Communicate with other departments to maintain quality and timelines for compliance activities
      - Mentor staff and lead group projects or process improvement initiatives

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent formal academic/vocational qualification
      - Minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience, including at least 1 year of client audit and/or regulatory inspection hosting experience
      - Proficient communication skills, both oral and written
      - Strong organizational and time-management skills
      - Comprehensive knowledge of clinical trial processes and relevant regulations
