      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Stay updated on industry regulatory requirements to implement best practices in compliance with HMDA and ECOA
      - Communicate with consumers regarding the final disposition of their loan applications, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations
      - Monitor and track loan level data to confirm the presence of required HMDA data
      - Assist in the administration of the employer's vendor management oversight program
      - Undertake compliance-related ad-hoc assignments as needed for regulatory adherence

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - AA or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; BS degree preferred
      - Minimum of one year of residential mortgage experience with knowledge of DAS and relevant regulatory guidelines
      - Broad understanding of residential mortgage loans and familiarity with mortgage loan products
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong analytical and organizational abilities
      - Ability to interpret rules, regulations, and guidelines and apply them effectively to business processes

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Knowledge of Encompass Database software
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
