      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collect and input information from contractor applications into company systems
      - Review and approve/deny applications based on company policies
      - Confirm contractor licenses using proprietary databases
      - Proactively notify contractors of expiring insurance, bonds, or licenses
      - Respond accurately to inquiries on compliance policies from various departments

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3 years experience in customer service or vendor support
      - High School diploma or equivalent
      - Strong communication skills, both written and oral
      - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
      - Ability to adapt to changing or multiple priorities

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in compliance or regulatory environments
      - Familiarity with contractor licensing processes
      - Knowledge of home improvement industry standards
