      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist clients through the electronic filing process and respond to annual plan audit inquiries
      - Prepare Signature Ready Form 5500, Form 8955-SSA, and Summary Annual Report (SAR)
      - Perform Annual Compliance Testing and coordinate with internal/external contacts for compliance-related tasks
      - Timely and accurate completion of compliance documentation in accordance with IRS/DOL deadlines
      - Monitor and process plan limit excesses

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field
      - 3-5 years of related financial services industry experience
      - Knowledge of retirement plan compliance testing and Form 5500
      - Ability to assess problems and apply technical knowledge for compliance solutions
      - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in client relations within the financial services industry
      - Familiarity with IRS qualification requirements for retirement plans
      - Excellent communication skills for conveying technical information to non-technical audiences
      - Ability to manage multiple compliance issues simultaneously
