      Job Summary:

      Responsible for developing and overseeing the implementation and maintenance of a regulatory compliance program and plan for commercial lines of business.

      Job Duties:

      • Coordinates the development of and oversees the implementation and maintenance of a compliance program and plan for assigned areas.
      • Interfaces with all departments to coordinate and monitor compliance with applicable regulatory requirements and reports these results.
      • Coordinates the development of and oversees the implementation and maintenance of a regulatory compliance education plan.
      • Coordinates the development of and oversees the implementation and maintenance of an auditing and review process which monitors compliance with applicable regulations.
      • Coordinates the development of and oversees the implementation and maintenance of an investigation and remediation process to ensure prompt response to, and investigation of, any action inconsistent with applicable regulatory requirements.
      • Coordinates the development of and assists with the subsequent implementation and maintenance of a formal system to receive and record internal complaints and reports regarding internal practices or actions which do not comply with applicable state and federal regulatory requirements.
      • Ensures coordination between the regulatory compliance plans and accreditation compliance plans.
      • Monitors departments' compliance with applicable state and federal regulatory requirements regarding record retention.

      If a suitably experienced candidate cannot be found, applicants who meet the basic qualifications but possess fewer years of experience will be considered for hire at a lower level. Salary would commensurate with experience.

      Position Details:

      Experience with the Community Health Choices managed care program preferred.

      Internet requirements:

      Employee required to have/supply: Cable modem, (high speed, only - No DSL or Wireless Cellular Service or Satellite Service) The minimum requirement is:

      • •25 MBPS UP
      • •75 Mbps DOWN

      Computer must be connected to the internet via Ethernet cable; wifi is not permitted unless a Virtual Private Network (VPN) is used for the wifi connection

      Education:

      Bachelor's Degree- (Required), Bachelor's Degree-Business Administration/Management (Preferred)

      Experience:

      Minimum of 5 years-Related work experience (Required)
