      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop training materials such as Standard Operating Procedures (SoPs), job aids, and technical documents using appropriate learning pathways
      - Implement learning strategies to enhance the overall end-user experience
      - Collaborate with an Instructional System Design and Development team to create a variety of curriculum products focused on computer-based training applications
      - Create detailed storyboards and scripts for training modules while gathering information from subject matter experts (SMEs)
      - Conduct usability testing and update existing computer-based training modules to ensure they remain current and effective

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
      - Minimum 3 years of experience in instructional development
      - Working experience with Sharable Content Object Reference Model (SCORM) and WBT SCORM compliant requirements
      - Proficiency with Camtasia and Articulate 360 Storyline
      - Must possess a Secret clearance

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Oracle EBS
