      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Design and maintain the organization's data infrastructure, ensuring optimal data flow and system performance
      - Lead efforts to analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues in both classified and unclassified environments
      - Develop and implement data pipelines, ensuring seamless integration across multiple data sources
      - Oversee data quality assurance measures to maintain accuracy and reliability
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support AI/ML initiatives and system enhancements

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be a U.S. Citizen
      - 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, data engineering, or a related field
      - Advanced proficiency with SQL database systems and data modeling techniques
      - Strong background in Agile project delivery and experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
      - Proven ability to maintain data security standards and manage role-based access

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - DOD 8570 IAT Level II Certification may be required
      - Familiarity with Apache Spark or comparable distributed data processing frameworks
      - Hands-on experience with modern BI tools (e.g., Qlik, Power BI, Tableau) for data visualization
      - Awareness of data access control best practices and familiarity with role or attribute-based access control frameworks
      - One or more desired certifications: AWS Certified Developer, Databricks, Agile/Scrum, Python Programmer
