      Position Summary

      The Concession Stand Lead oversees the operation of the stand location. Responsible for ensuring quality of products and accurate preparation of all food and beverage items as listed, oversees and participates in set-up and closing procedures and paperwork (basic math skills), and resolves problems with the assistance of a manager. Previous experience in a fast-paced, food service, supervisory position preferred. Must be able to stand for long periods of time with frequent bending, stretching, and reaching and lifting up to 50 lbs. The employee must maintain excellent attendance and be available to work an event driven schedule including nights and weekends per business needs.

      This role will pay an hourly wage of $15.25-$15.45 and is tip eligible.

      Benefits are per the union agreement.

      This position will remain open until August 15, 2025.

      About the Venue

      Allegiant Stadium is the technologically-advanced stadium that is the home of the Las Vegas Raiders NFL team and hosts world-class entertainment including concerts and special sporting events.

      Responsibilities

      • Responsible for leading the service of food and beverage to guests including alcoholic beverages.
      • Must check guest’s ID to verify minimum age requirement for the purchase of alcoholic beverages.
      • Lead the set up of the stand locations.
      • Maintains sanitation, health and safety standards in work areas.
      • Must show demonstrated ability to meet the company standard for excellent attendance.
      • Assures that the location equipment is operable and clean prior to start of event.
      • Responsible for recognizing guests that are visibly intoxicated and taking action to cut off alcohol to such individuals.
      • All other duties as assigned by the managers.

      Qualifications

      • At Least 1-2 years’ experience working in a lead capacity in a fast-paced restaurant or catering environment or applicable education.
      • Ability to lead the work of others.
      • Ability to communicate with employees, co-workers, volunteers, management staff and guests in a clear, business-like and respectful manner which focuses on generating a positive, enthusiastic and cooperative work environment.
      • Ability to speak, read and write in English.
      • Ability to work well in a team-oriented, fast-paced, event-driven environment.
      • Possess valid SNHD food handling card, Alcohol Awareness or equivalent.
