What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide administrative support for members, patients, and consumers participating in clinical, virtual, and wellness programs
- Respond to inquiries via telephone, email, chat, and other digital platforms with courtesy and professionalism
- Coordinate and facilitate appointments, navigating licensure requirements and program-specific prerequisites
- Guide participants through pre-visit/session requirements and provide technical support as needed
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of program policies, procedures, and system changes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED certificate required
- 1 year of experience with Call Center or Customer Service operations, preferably in a Managed Care or Health Care environment
- Computer proficiency in MS Office; Outlook, Word, Excel, and SharePoint experience required
- Demonstrated technical proficiency and ability to learn and use multiple internal and external systems
- Ability to exercise strict confidentiality in all matters
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 3 years of general office experience including administrative support and project management preferred
- Experience in a healthcare-related environment
