      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage the full lifecycle of internal and external conferences and events, ensuring all logistics are planned and executed effectively
      - Serve as the primary point of contact for the Marketing Team, Growth Services Division, and external vendors to ensure seamless communication
      - Collaborate with the Marketing Team to develop event-specific campaigns and strategies that enhance brand visibility
      - Source and manage relationships with external vendors while monitoring event budgets and expenses
      - Maintain organized documentation and communication for all event-related information, ensuring accessibility for stakeholders

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in hospitality, marketing, communications, or a related field
      - Five (5) to seven (7) years of experience in conference and event planning with a proven track record of successful execution
      - Must be a U.S. citizen able to pass a standard background check
      - Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously and adhere to deadlines
      - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and Teams
