What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as a named delivery partner on onboarding projects, owning end-to-end configuration and delivery for assigned workstreams
- Partner with Onboarding Success Managers to plan, track, and deliver project milestones aligned to client readiness
- Provide triage and issue remediation support during go-live events
- Execute continuous improvement initiatives and maintain accurate documentation of configuration activities
- Participate in mentorship with Senior Associates and complete required badges and micro-credentials
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 1–2 years of relevant client services or professional experience in a healthcare environment
- Basic understanding of healthcare operations, technical adoption, or customer service
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and willingness to learn additional tools
- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Experience within healthcare and/or consulting industries
- Familiarity with healthcare technology products and services
- Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Capacity to manage and deliver tasks within established timelines
- Interest in process documentation and sharing best practices
