What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with Onboarding Specialists to address Dealer Partner needs and escalate issues as necessary
- Provide insight and recommendations to Dealers regarding the integration and configuration of AutoFi’s products
- Offer technical consultation to Dealer Partners and internal teams on configuration and integration activities
- Work with APIs to test and manage information relevant to Program functionality
- Develop documentation and reference materials to support Dealer Partner onboarding and program maintenance
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2-3 years of experience in Account/Client Support or Implementations roles
- Proven experience with API calls and proficiency in reading/writing XML, CSS, and HTML
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical team members
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Salesforce, and Postman is considered an asset
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Startup experience and the ability to handle multitasking
- Basic understanding of website inspection and browser development tools
- Automotive software experience is preferred but not required
