What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with Onboarding Specialists to resolve Dealer Partner needs and escalate issues as necessary
- Provide technical consultation regarding configuration and integration activities to Dealer Partners and internal teams
- Work with APIs to manage information relevant to program functionality and configuration requirements
- Develop documentation and reference materials to support successful onboarding and integration of Dealer Partner programs
- Identify common challenges and establish best practices for handling configuration and integration processes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2-3 years of experience in Account/Client Support or Implementations roles
- Proven experience with API calls and proficiency in reading/writing XML, CSS, and HTML
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical team members
- Familiarity with Jira, Salesforce, and Postman is considered an asset
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Startup experience with the ability to handle multitasking
- Automotive software experience is preferred but not required
- Strong collaboration skills to work closely with onboarding specialists and other teams
