What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Communicate with potential owners via outbound and inbound calls to reserve dates for preview package sales/tours
- Explain details and eligibility requirements related to attending sales presentations to potential owners
- Encourage guests or callers to purchase or schedule preview package sales/tours
- Answer guest inquiries regarding property facilities and services
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality while interacting with colleagues and guests
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be available to work various shifts, including holidays and weekends
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as bending, twisting, pulling, and standing for extended periods
- Proficiency in navigating multiple computer systems simultaneously and strong reading, writing, and comprehension skills
- Position may require background and drug screening as per company policy and legal requirements
- Must reside within 50 miles of the office in Orlando, FL
