Must-Have :

Should have at least 3+ Years of Experience from that Min 2 years Salesforce Development experience is a must

-Should have hands on experience working (Configuration and Coding) on Conga CPQ/CLM/X-Author deployment, configure/re-configure Apttus solution to meet the changing business needs, develop custom applications based on Force.com platform and integrate it with other applications

-Experience on Conga CLM and X-Author templates is must to have

-Apttus X-Author for Word and Excel

-SFDC development specific experience (extensive knowledge of the Force.com platform, Apex classes, VF Pages, SOQL, SOAP/REST based web services)

-Thorough understanding of SFDC governor limits and best practice guidelines.

-Conga CPQ/CLM certification would be added advantage

-Must have worked on one Conga CPQ Project in past.

-onga Quote to cash certified (201 and/or 202)

-Has worked in agile teams with agile cadence

-Advanced Salesforce certifications.
