What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Translate conservation and regulatory needs into clear, testable user stories for the development team
- Present decision-ready options to product owners, guiding them toward value-focused choices
- Act as the first responder for the development team, clarifying requirements and resolving ambiguities
- Lead collaborative workshops to surface pain points and define value streams
- Own and refine the product backlog, tracking dependencies and acceptance criteria across multiple release trains

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 8+ years of Business Analysis or Product Ownership experience on enterprise software projects
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field
- Proven success in long-term modernization programs, including legacy replacement and cloud replatforming
- Strong consulting presence with experience in workshop facilitation and executive-level communication
- Proficiency with Azure DevOps for backlog and release management

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with geospatial technologies, such as the Esri ArcGIS suite or open-source alternatives
- Certifications such as CSPO, PBA, CBAP, or CCBA
- Experience in the public sector, particularly in environmental conservation and grant management
