What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Supervise daily facility maintenance projects and manage work orders
- Oversee and coordinate the onsite workforce to ensure project efficiency

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe work environment
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in maintenance and/or construction
- Proven experience as a Construction Supervisor, Project Manager, or similar role in the construction industry
- Solid employment history with a track record of reliability
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with conflict resolution abilities
