- Supervise daily facility maintenance projects and manage work orders
- Oversee and manage the onsite workforce to ensure efficient operations
- Monitor project progress and provide updates to management
- Coordinate, schedule, and monitor project timelines to meet deadlines
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe work environment
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in maintenance and/or construction
- Proven experience as a Construction Supervisor, Project Manager, or similar role in the construction industry
- Solid employment history demonstrating reliability and competence
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong technical skills with the ability to use construction management software and tools
