      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Coordinate engineering studies and change order requests
      - Manage day-to-day operations and track job costs while predicting monthly revenue streams
      - Work with clients on specifications and technical questions during planning stages
      - Maintain prime contracts with owners or clients and establish monthly billing procedures
      - Oversee quality assurance and quality control on projects

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
      - Minimum of five years of experience in the Solar or EPC construction industry
      - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
      - Ability to read, analyze, and interpret blueprints and contracts
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively present information

      - Knowledge of construction techniques, estimating, and construction management
      - Experience with project management software or tools
      - Familiarity with safety principles and regulations in construction
      - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
