      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Analyze and underwrite new and renewal Casualty business in the US and internationally
      - Administer and monitor underwriting rules, guidelines, and regulations
      - Develop and maintain relationships with agents, brokers, and customers for business retention and acquisition
      - Proactively seek renewal and new account opportunities
      - Conduct detailed opportunity assessments to identify growth opportunities

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or Equivalent with 3+ years of experience in Underwriting or Market Facing area, or equivalent experience in Claims or Underwriting Support
      - Knowledge of line/s of business and legal and regulatory guidelines
      - Experience with Microsoft Office
      - Ability to work within time restraints for quotes on new and renewal business
      - Strong analytical and marketing skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s Degree
      - Experience in Commercial Construction Casualty underwriting and broker relationships in the South/South Eastern region
      - Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
      - Excellent oral and written communication skills
      - CPCU and ARM certifications are a plus
