What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee all aspects of project execution, ensuring seamless coordination and adherence to safety standards
- Maintain regular updates with clients, insurance adjusters, and other stakeholders to foster trust and transparency
- Set and manage project budgets, ensuring profitability and efficiency
- Ensure all required contracts, permits, and forms are properly completed and filed
- Direct daily project activities, manage subcontractors and suppliers, and resolve conflicts professionally
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred or equivalent professional experience
- Extensive knowledge of heavy reconstruction projects
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Minimum of 3 years of verifiable driving experience
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- OSHA 10 or 30 certification
- Familiarity with the insurance industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong understanding of workflow procedures and systems
- Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
