      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the main point of contact for all assigned construction projects from inception to closeout
      - Provide support to the Development Team and Franchisees to ensure project success
      - Maintain project data and pipeline reporting using tools like FranConnect and Smartsheet
      - Monitor contract performance to meet scope, schedule, budget, and customer expectations
      - Collaborate with architects and engineers to review and approve construction drawings according to company standards

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Proficient user of relationship and data management software such as Smartsheet, FranConnect, and Salesforce
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to coordinate tasks and people
      - Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in construction project coordination
      - Ability to read blueprints and understand construction processes
      - Strong organizational skills and a results-driven mindset

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - BS degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field
      - Experience in retail or franchise-based construction processes
      - Strong interpersonal skills capable of communicating with diverse stakeholders
