What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage CPG construction projects and smaller business imperative projects, ensuring timelines and budgets are met
- Direct all phases of construction project management from feasibility to project close-out
- Serve as the single point of contact for field execution with key stakeholders and contractors
- Prepare and update project status reports and maintain financial tracking files
- Actively track project performance metrics, including cost, schedule, and scope delivery
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- 3-7 years of construction project management experience
- Proven expertise in managing high-growth multi-site/multi-state locations
- Proficiency in construction budget management and tracking systems (e.g., Primavera P6, Procore)
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Project and Excel

- Familiarity with planning, operations, and manufacturing within the construction sector
- Ability to perform ad-hoc projects with minimal supervision
- High level of critical thinking and professionalism in dealing with confidential information
- Experience in a fast-paced, start-up environment
- Valid driver's license and approval by state badging agency to work in the cannabis industry
