What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee the construction process from permitting through project closeout, ensuring projects are completed on budget and on schedule
- Serve as the primary liaison between the employer, governmental agencies, and contractors
- Manage construction bid processes, including contractor selection and pricing negotiations
- Conduct field inspections to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and quality standards
- Produce regular project updates to communicate status, issues, and risks to stakeholders

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Commercial Construction Management, Engineering, or Project Supervision
- Strong knowledge of project scheduling, construction disciplines, and risk management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
