What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop policies and procedures for scheduling and facilitate training for stakeholders
- Create and analyze critical path schedules independently and efficiently
- Communicate project goals through clear and concise verbal and written means
- Monitor schedule performance data and issue necessary reports to management
- Conduct Time Impact Analysis and develop schedule variance analysis
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Estimating, or a relevant field
- 3-5 years of related work experience
- Strong understanding of the Critical Path Method of scheduling and its application in projects
- Expert knowledge of Primavera Scheduling Software (P6, latest version)
- Ability to understand construction documents at all levels of design
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Data Center experience is strongly preferred
- Moderate experience using Procore & Power BI
- Extensive experience with Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Word
